Overview
We're hiring a Remote Sales Specialist to support client acquisition for an operational consulting firm. This role works exclusively with inbound, qualified prospects who have already requested information or booked time - no cold outreach.
You'll be responsible for leading sales conversations, understanding client priorities, and helping move opportunities toward a close through a structured process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and discovery calls by video or phone
- Ask strong questions to understand business challenges and goals
- Present consulting options aligned to client needs
- Address concerns and objections professionally
- Track conversations, next steps, and outcomes in the CRM
- Consistently work toward monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, advisory sales, or remote client-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Organized and reliable follow-up habits
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline
- Goal-oriented with a professional sales approach
Compensation
This position may function as a setter or closer, depending on experience.
Monthly earning ranges:
- Setter role: up to $3,500
- Traige role: up to $2,500
- Closer role: up to $5,500
Performance bonuses available.
Location
Remote - candidates based in the US and Canada are welcome.
