What You'll Do
Reach out to business owners & HR managers (B2B)
Conduct needs analysis, collect census data & present quotes (we provide them!)
Use CRM + auto dialer to manage your pipeline no manual dialing
Close new group accounts & build lifetime residual income
Experienced producers can step into Sales Manager / DRLP roles leading teams & territories
Compensation & Career Growth
Commission: 30% on new business + lifetime vested renewals (no resets!)
Full quoting & proposal support we handle plan designs for you
Weekly ACA, ERISA & sales training sessions
Licensing reimbursement for qualified candidates
E&O coverage under the brokerage

Who Were Looking For
Active Life & Health license (required)
