We are seeking a motivated<\/span> Remote Sales Representative<\/b> with a strong background in consultative selling and CRM -driven lead management. This role is focused on converting warm leads into booked consultations for our<\/span> All -on -X (Teeth in a Day)<\/b> treatments.<\/span>

You will work closely with our marketing and clinical teams to follow up with prospective patients, educate them on treatment options, and guide them confidently through the decision -making process. This position is <\/span>not limited to dental experience<\/b>—we welcome professionals from <\/span>medical sales, elective healthcare, or high -ticket consultative sales<\/b>backgrounds.

Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and SMS.

  • Manage and nurture leads through the CRM, ensuring timely follow -ups and accurate documentation.

  • Understand patient concerns and needs, providing clear and empathetic explanations of treatment pathways.

  • Use consultative sales skills to build trust, overcome objections, and guide patients toward booking consultations.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
