Role Overview
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, introduce vacation options that match their interests, and guide them through the planning and reservation process. From tropical all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family adventures, destination celebrations, and international escapes, you'll help clients confidently choose the travel experience that's right for them.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify their vacation preferences, travel style, and budget
- Research destinations, hotels, cruises, guided tours, and vacation packages
- Present customized travel recommendations that align with each client's needs
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services
- Assist clients throughout the reservation process and answer travel-related questions
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and messaging platforms
- Collaborate with trusted travel suppliers to confirm reservations and availability
- Review itineraries and booking details to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized client files and reservation records
- Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions
- Provide exceptional customer care before, during, and after each booking
Qualifications
- Interest in sales, customer service, travel, hospitality, tourism, or consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to develop lasting client relationships
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with computers and online communication tools
- Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or many other approved hiring regions
