Remote | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided
We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to support scheduling, booking, and client coordination in a remote environment.
As a Remote Scheduling & Booking Administrator, you'll help keep appointments, confirmations, reservations, and client details accurate and organized. You'll also assist with updates, follow-up, and planning-related information so each request moves forward smoothly.
Some assignments may include accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary timing, depending on the client's needs.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
Experience in scheduling, administration, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
Applicants must be located in an eligible region, including:
United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or select LATAM regions.
Selected applicants will be invited to a live interview where we'll review the company, role responsibilities, compensation structure, training, support, and next steps.
Candidates will also have time to ask questions about the position.
