Bachelor's Degree in a degree-related field or equivalent experience.

Modern mobile app expertise and outstanding product design proficiency encompassing both UX and UI.

3+ Years of experience designing rich, interactive web and native applications

Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma

Strong UI, UX and visual design craft and execution

Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams

Ability to provide design variations and rational your design choices

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision

Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision

Experienced with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases

Understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Remote Senior Product Designer duties;

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new products and features, effectively translating complex ideas.

Engage in high-level ideation exploration across unique experience paradigms.

Understand user and business needs, while maintaining excellent user experience principles. Clearly communicate potential concept deficiencies and adverse consequences.

Establish and adapt our design system across our ecosystem.

Inspiration in solving complex customer problems, contributing to early-stage product development, reinforcing vision, and maintaining a high bar for quality.

Innate curiosity to push the boundaries of what's possible in product design and development.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ideate and iterate on design solutions.

Rapidly prototype and validate design concepts, balancing speed with quality to meet tight deadlines without compromising on the end product.

Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our product remains cutting-edge and user-friendly.
