Remote Senior Product Designer requires:

* Bachelor's Degree in a degree-related field or equivalent experience.

* Modern mobile app expertise and outstanding product design proficiency encompassing both UX and UI.

* 3+ Years of experience designing rich, interactive web and native applications

* Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma

* Strong UI, UX and visual design craft and execution

* Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams

* Ability to provide design variations and rational your design choices

* Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision

* Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision

* Experienced with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases

* Understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Remote Senior Product Designer duties;

* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new products and features, effectively translating complex ideas.

* Engage in high-level ideation exploration across unique experience paradigms.

* Understand user and business needs, while maintaining excellent user experience principles. Clearly communicate potential concept deficiencies and adverse consequences.

* Establish and adapt our design system across our ecosystem.

* Inspiration in solving complex customer problems, contributing to early-stage product development, reinforcing vision, and maintaining a high bar for quality.

* Innate curiosity to push the boundaries of what's possible in product design and development.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ideate and iterate on design solutions.

* Rapidly prototype and validate design concepts, balancing speed with quality to meet tight deadlines without compromising on the end product.

* Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our product remains cutting-edge and user-friendly.
