The Role This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process. As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:
Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would
Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress
