As a Fullmind Social Worker, you will:
Virtual counseling sessions: Provide one-on-one or group support to students via video calls.
Crisis intervention: Respond remotely to urgent student mental health or safety concerns.
Family communication: Connect with parents/guardians on student needs and resources.
Case management: Track student progress, document sessions, and coordinate with teachers/staff.
Resource referrals: Connect families to community, academic, or mental health services.
