Job Description

SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! Please Note: This is a fully remote position. Candidates must hold a current Texas SLP License and have previous teletherapy and tele-assessment experience in a Texas school-based setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting ethically and legally defensible California school-based services.
  • Conducting appropriate assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
  • Consulting and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery modifications, accommodations, and the generalization of skills.
  • Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers.
  • Writing IEP goals aligned with Common Core State Standards.
  • Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Texas SLP license (Required).
  • Experience in California school settings.
  • Demonstrated teletherapy and tele-assessment experience.
  • Fingerprint background and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Years of experience, specialties, and geographic regions are all considered when determining salary offers.
