  • Identify risks early and drive corrective actions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage finished goods inventory, reorders, and program‑specific logistics requirements

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Support estimating, costing, and margin management for assigned programs
  • Track project financials, monitor variances, and partner with Sales and Operations to protect gross margin
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and scalability

Client Partnership & Team Leadership

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Coach team, operating with a strong customer‑advocacy mindset
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Field Services, and global operations teams
  • Mentor and support Project Managers, Project Coordinators, or Project Administrators as needed
  • Uphold idX standards of professionalism, accountability, and execution excellence

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of project or program management experience; retail, fixture, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi‑phase programs with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and installation workflows
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience preferred
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost tracking, and margin awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as required
