As a Remote Supports Demo Call Specialist, you are at the heart of our core services and play a critical role in advancing our mission to improve individuals’ ability to live independently. You provide the first introduction to who we are and what we do, creating a meaningful and welcoming experience for potential individuals and their support teams.

In this role, you ensure that every demo call is handled with urgency, care, and professionalism. You guide individuals through a detailed overview of our services and demonstrate the devices and supports available to them. By facilitating a realistic demo call experience, you help individuals understand what to expect when they begin services, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and comfortable moving forward.

We are looking for a strong, compassionate, and accountable leader to join our Remote Supports team. This role is responsible for supporting and developing Remote Support Specialists while ensuring we consistently provide high-quality, person-centered services.

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

• Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively across departments
• Is committed to developing employees and helping them reach their full potential
• Can make thoughtful decisions while knowing when an issue needs to be escalated
