Our company handles the back-office support for the transportation industry, but your focus will be entirely on people – finding, screening, and guiding new candidates through our hiring process.
You receive warm leads and application submissions every day. There is zero cold calling or telemarketing involved. Your job is to pick up the phone, conduct a structured screening interview, log everything into our CRM, and walk qualified candidates through a remote onboarding sequence. The work is steady, the schedule is flexible, and you are judged on outcomes, not hours.
Your weekly pay lands between $1,000 and $2,000, depending on how many candidates you successfully move through the pipeline. This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement, which means you control your own tax structure and time management.
You are someone who can build rapport over the phone in under five minutes. You are organized, you follow a script without sounding robotic, and you can keep track of multiple candidates at once.
