Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Each shift brings a mix of structured screening and follow-up work. You will manage a steady stream of inbound applications and inquiries, using our CRM to track progress and notes. The core of your job is conducting phone interviews to identify strong candidates and then walking them through the steps of getting started, all from your home office in Beaumont. No heavy lifting or field visits—just clear, professional communication.

What You Need to Bring

• A reliable computer, a smartphone you can use for calls, and high-speed internet that won't drop connection.
• You must operate as a corporate entity—this means having an LLC with an EIN. If you don’t have one yet, no problem. We provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you set it up.
• Strong phone presence and an eye for detail when logging candidate information.
