What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting phone-based interviews and screening conversations with pre-qualified candidates.
• Maintaining accurate notes and updates inside our CRM system to track each person's progress.
• Guiding selected individuals through every step of a remote onboarding process, from paperwork to orientation.
• Providing a clear, professional, and positive experience for every applicant you speak with.

What You Need to Bring

• A reliable computer, a smartphone, and a high-speed internet connection that supports clear calls and video.
• Your own business structure. You must operate as a corporate entity (LLC with an EIN). If you do not have one yet, we will walk you through the filing process during training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own schedule while hitting weekly goals.
