This is a remote position.
We're looking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join our team as independent Travel Advisors, specializing in cruises and luxury Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, with the flexibility to build it around your life, not the other way around.
You won't be starting from scratch. You'll step into an established team with training, mentorship, and supplier relationships already built so your job is to learn the ropes, connect with clients, and grow.
Requirements
What You'll Do
• Consult with clients to plan and book cruises and luxury resort vacations
• Research destinations and suppliers to match client goals and budgets
• Guide clients through booking, confirmations, and trip details start to finish
• Build a client base and grow repeat and referral business over time
• Complete initial training and ongoing team development sessions

• Prior sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, not required
