Position: Remote Travel Coach (Niche-Destination Weddings)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a full-time Remote Travel Coach to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of creating unforgettable destination weddings for our clients. As a Remote Travel Coach, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and travel planning support to our clients remotely. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then design and book their dream destination wedding experience.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional communication via phone, email, and video conferencing

- Understand clients' needs and preferences, and use your expertise to recommend and plan personalized destination wedding experiences

- Research and book flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements for clients

- Collaborate with our team of travel experts to ensure all aspects of the trip are well-planned and executed

- Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destination information to provide valuable insights to clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning or travel process, providing timely and effective solutions

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a focus on destination weddings

- Strong knowledge of popular wedding destinations, resorts, and activities

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player

- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' needs

- Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients

- Must be based in Alabama, USA

Contract Details:

- This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- This is a remote position, but occasional travel may be required for team meetings or client events.
