Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching vacation destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and travel experiences Coordinate travel reservations and booking requests Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and reservation details Provide general travel information based on client preferences Maintain organized client records and travel documentation Review reservation details for accuracy prior to confirmation Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms Deliver excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.
