Responsibilities

• Respond toclient inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional andfriendly manner.
• Assisttravelers with planning vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises,and travel experiences.
• Provideaccurate information about travel requirements, documentation, and destinationdetails.
• Coordinateitineraries and confirm travel arrangements.
• Supporttravelers with updates, questions, and trip preparation.
• Buildrelationships with clients to create repeat travel experiences.
