We are currently recruiting individuals interested in assisting clients with leisure travel reservations and vacation planning.
The role combines travel research, organization, and client communication. You'll help travelers navigate their options and coordinate the details needed to turn vacation ideas into confirmed plans.
What You May Do
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and experiences
Compare options based on client preferences
Assist with reservation and itinerary details
Review booking information for accuracy
Communicate important information to travelers
Answer questions before and after reservations are made
Participate in travel supplier and destination education
Develop knowledge of different types of leisure travel
Ideal Candidates
Have strong customer service and communication skills
Are organized and attentive to details
Are comfortable learning new technology
Can work independently in a remote environment
Enjoy helping people and solving problems
Are willing to complete training and continue learning
Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and mentorship are available.
Basic Requirements:
Applicants must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Latin America.
Access to a computer or smartphone
Must be 18 years of age
