We're seeking a Travel Scheduling Coordinator to support the coordination of client trips and travel arrangements. You'll help maintain accurate schedules, organize reservation details, communicate updates, and assist with the many moving pieces involved in planning travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize travel schedules, reservations, and itinerary information
Review trip details for accuracy and completeness
Communicate updates and important information to clients
Coordinate with travel providers and other industry partners
Assist with reservation changes, confirmations, and special requests
Maintain organized client and trip records
Help ensure travel plans remain current and well coordinated

Reliable and comfortable managing responsibilities independently
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Comfortable learning new software and online systems
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
