Sugar Bean Adventures is seeking a Remote Travel Support Specialist to assist clients before, during, and after their travel experiences by providing exceptional customer service and travel-related support.
Respond to client questions regarding travel reservations and itineraries
Assist with travel changes, updates, and general travel inquiries
Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors as needed
Help maintain accurate travel records and client documentation
Provide timely, professional customer support throughout the travel process
Research travel information and assist with travel-related requests
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using technology and online systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
