This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation based on successful placements.Responsibilities:Source and screen potential CDL-A drivers through online job boards, social media, referrals, and networkingConduct phone screenings to assess driver qualifications, experience, and CDL statusGuide qualified candidates through the referral and placement processMaintain accurate records of driver applications and placement statusBuild relationships with potential candidates to maximize placementsCompensation:Commission-only based on successful driver placementsNo hourly pay, salary, or benefitsIncome potential depends on effort and resultsRequirements:• Must provide your own computer, phone line, and internet access• Set your own schedule and work hours• Experience in driver recruiting, sales, or the trucking industry preferred• Strong communication and phone skills• Results-oriented and able to work independentlyImportant Notice:This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
