Position Overview
We are currently seeking a professional and organized Vacation Booking Coordinator to assist with coordinating travel reservations and client vacation planning in a remote environment.
This role focuses on supporting clients with vacation packages, resort stays, cruises, and travel-related arrangements while ensuring a smooth and accurate booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating vacation reservations and travel arrangements
- Organize client information, preferences, and booking details
- Review reservations for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate confirmations, updates, and itinerary information
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
- Support clients throughout the planning and reservation process
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and based in the United States
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools

Compensation
Earnings are based on completed bookings and client activity. Income potential varies depending on performance and time commitment.
