Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
- Coordinate travel details, reservations, and itinerary components
- Organize and manage travel information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences
- Provide destination recommendations and travel options based on client needs
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and industry partners
- Monitor travel arrangements and assist with updates when necessary
