In this role, you'll help clients plan unforgettable vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Disney destinations, and international getaways. You'll work directly with suppliers to research options, create customized itineraries, coordinate reservations, and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand vacation preferences and budgets
Research and recommend vacation packages
Create personalized itineraries
Coordinate reservations with industry suppliers
Maintain client records and follow up throughout the booking process
Stay informed on destination updates, promotions, and supplier training
Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency
Sales or hospitality experience is a plus
