Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and travel options
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary details
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and goals
- Provide recommendations based on client interests, needs, and budget
- Maintain accurate travel records and booking information
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and industry partners
- Monitor travel plans and assist with updates or changes when necessary
- Stay informed on travel trends, destination information, and supplier offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
