Sugar Bean Adventures is seeking a Vacation Planning Coordinator to help clients organize memorable travel experiences from start to finish. In this role, you'll assist with vacation planning, coordinate travel arrangements, research destinations, and provide outstanding customer support throughout the planning process.
Assist clients with planning personalized vacations based on their travel preferences
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, tours, and activities
Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary details
Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, updates, and itinerary information
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable using technology and online platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
