A reputable environmental services and solutions company is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative to expand their presence throughout Kansas and Missouri. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with sales experience in environmental services, waste management, industrial recycling, or compliance solutions who thrives on developing new business and closing large-scale opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000–$135,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, industrial, automotive, and energy sectors.
Leverage existing industry relationships to generate and convert qualified leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing business.
Grow and retain key customer accounts through consultative relationship management.
Collaborate with operations teams to deliver customized waste and recycling solutions.
Conduct regular in-person client visits throughout the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within Salesforce.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years of sales experience in environmental, waste management, or industrial services
Demonstrated success selling:Established relationships within manufacturing and industrial markets.
Hazardous Waste Services
Non-Hazardous Waste Services
Industrial Waste Management Solutions
Special Waste Programs
Industrial Recycling Programs
Environmental Compliance Solutions
Proven record of closing six- and seven-figure sales opportunities.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations, including EPA and RCRA requirements.
Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the territory (50%+).
