Skillfully qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to understand client needs and motivations.
Schedule property viewings and consultations between clients and our real estate agents.
Maintain precise and organised records of all client interactions and communications in our CRM system.
Collaborate effectively with real estate agents to ensure a smooth handover of qualified clients and relevant information.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a chat support, online customer service, or a similar digital communications role.
Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
