Job Summary: 
The Renewal Specialist is tasked with driving profitable renewal business by leveraging prescriptive selling techniques, focusing on customer retention and expansion through renewals and unattached business opportunities. This role requires building strong relationships, educating the sales team on available programs, resources, and strategies, and ensuring on-time renewals. The specialist will also offer post-sales support, including data maintenance and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales pursuit by quoting renewals, processing credit requests, and handling sales and maintenance queries.
  • Attend training sessions and contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Manage renewal opportunities from lead to closure, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
  • Negotiate with partners for optimal pricing and coordinate with sales teams to exceed sales goals.
  • Respond efficiently to customer and Account Manager inquiries, emphasizing the value of partner solutions and client's value proposition.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing business needs, and a strong passion for continuous learning.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in sales, specifically focusing on renewals and customer retention within the technology or related industry is preferred.
