Job Summary:
The Renewal Support Specialist I will assist in the renewal process by quoting transactional renewals and engaging with sales teams to guarantee timely and precise renewal opportunities. This remote role focuses on maintaining relationships with partners and internal stakeholders while contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position requires strong attention to detail and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Quote transactional renewals and respond to sales inquiries about expiring contracts.
- Consult with sales to prepare renewal quotes and identify upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain business relationships with sales teams and partner contacts.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists and partners to support sales efforts.
- Manage quote preparation and pipeline tracking for renewal operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
Industry Experience:
Experience in technology sales support preferred.
