The Renovation Supervisor reports to the Director of Facilities and oversees college facility renovations and repairs.
Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and assigning renovation projects, managing materials, and performing tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and minor concrete repairs.
Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, working on scaffolds, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Requirements include an associate degree or trade certifications, 2-4 years of relevant experience, knowledge of construction tools and materials, and a valid Florida driver’s license.
