About the Role:
Solid Personnel is seeking a reliable and skilled Renovation Technician to support interior apartment renovation projects across multiple Southern California locations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in highquality workmanship, works well independently and with a team, and maintains a professional presence on active job sites.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Daily project coordination with the Project Foreman to review priorities
- Rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and residents
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Foreman or Supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with apartment renovations preferred.
- Must own and be proficient with essential hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, standing for extended periods)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites daily
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
- Locations: Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Corona/Riverside, Long Beach
- Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm after brief contract period
