As a Rent Collection Specialist, you'll handle rent collections, security deposit refunds, and assist with apartment rentals and lease renewals. You'll also work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records at our (#of units) unit community. .
Compensation and Incentives
Excellent Base Pay : $20.00 - $23.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

What We'll Expect from You:
1-3 months related experience or training.
