What We're Looking For:
Experience with rent collection or property management required
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and resident relations
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Rent Collection Specialist, you'll be responsible for the monthly rent collection process. This includes sending out small balance letters, keeping detailed notes regarding overdue accounts, and preparing for eviction. You'll work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records.

Excellent Base Pay : $25.00 - $28.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
$100 New Lease Commissions
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

What We'll Expect from You:
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or training
Sales and/or customer service experience required
