Rental Admin/ Receptionist

Overview:

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for customers. The primary responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel and ensuring customer waiting area is stocked with snacks, coffee and beverages. This is an individual contributor role. The incumbent will also serve as the Rental Admin.

Office Administration/Clerical

• Answering phones & greeting customers.
• Taking detailed messages for unavailable staff members.
• Filing and organization.
• Maintaining a neat showroom & customer waiting area.
• Assisting Sales, Emergency Lighting & Service as needed.
• Assist office personnel with maintaining accounts receivable, as needed.
• Updating High Point inventory on our website www.ildertonvans.com

Rentals

• Assist customers renting vehicle.
• Signing paperwork.
• Conducting walk around.
• Collecting driver’s license.
• Demonstrating use of the vehicle.
• Delivering rentals as needed.
• Ensure rental vans are always clean and ready to be rented.
• Incumbent must wear Ilderton branded apparel.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, in the auto industry preferred.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
