Make a meaningful impact in Scott County! We are seeking a collaborative, community-minded Rental Assistance Housing Specialist to help local residents attain and maintain safe, affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rental assistance caseloads, determine applicant eligibility, and conduct recertifications.
• Apply person-centered case management and proactive de-escalation strategies.
• Partner with property owners, participants, and community resources to prevent evictions and promote long-term stability.
• Maintain program integrity and accurate electronic records in compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in case management or housing program administration.

Valid drivers license.

HCV Specialist Certification required within 6 months of hire.
