Salary Range: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers as they arrive for their rental or return.

Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers with selecting the right vehicle for their needs.

Explain rental terms, conditions, and insurance options clearly.

Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure they are clean and well-maintained.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise with a positive attitude.

Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including keys and documentation.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy setting.

Basic computer proficiency.

Valid driver's license.
