Rental Coordinator
Primary Focus: Equipment rentals, job setup, daily logistics, and support for sales and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Rental Equipment Management
Job Setup & Coordination
Set up jobs in NexGen.
Issue PO#s for 3rd party rentals and update NexGen accordingly.
Update daily equipment list
Asset number
Machine type
Status (ready, maintenance, repair)
Respond to requisitions:
Verify equipment availability
Ensure equipment is clean, serviced, and rent-ready
Documentation & Tracking
Track records, licenses, inspections, warranties, and service agreements.
Maintain on-rent/off-rent procedures and documentation.
Track incoming/outgoing hours for billable overtime.
Cross-Functional Support
Crosstrain with other departments to assist as needed.
