Rental Coordinator

What Youll Do: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and maintain competitive customer pricing.Prepare accurate rental agreements and related documentation.Stay informed about competitors rates and rental practices to ensure market awareness.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information about our products and services.Work directly with customers to understand their trailer and container needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Conduct thorough pre-rental trailer inspections, documenting any defects or maintenance needs.Perform post-rental inspections to verify condition and identify any damage.Take photos and document damages as needed for customer billing purposes. What Were Looking For: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.Enthusiasm for developing and maintaining customer relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing company environment.High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Positive, can-do attitude and proactive mindset.Self-starter who can work independently while supporting a team.Clear and effective communicator. Qualifications to be successful: High School Diploma or equivalent required.One to three years experience with direct customer relationsMust have a current drivers license.
