Your Impact as Rental Coordinator:
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner during normal business hours.
  • Assist and coordinate account management for short term (STR), long term (LTR), and rent-to-purchase (RPO) customer accounts
  • Become knowledgeable in our rental fleet so you are able to provide accurate product recommendations
  • Maintain equipment availability and provide in a timely manner.
  • Maintain complete rental records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments, branches, and customers to provide solutions.
  • Assist in long and short term rental fleet inventory counts and audits.
  • Assign rental leads to appropriate account management team members
 
What You Bring to the Table as Rental Coordinator:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Passion for Organization in Documentation, Scheduling, and Account Management
  • Enthusiasm for Connecting with People, Understanding Their Needs, and Building Lasting Relationships
  • Dedication to Team Success to Support and Uplift Team Members in a Collaborative Environment
