Rental Manager

We are recruiting a Rental Manager to provide overall leadership and direction in the equipment rental business. As the Rental Manager, you will oversee the sales and operations, ensuring a seamless and successful rental experience. If you have a proven track record of motivating teams, possess in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, and are skilled in managing profit and loss, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety while overseeing operational aspects such as yard management, transportation drivers, and rental coordinators.
• Build a strong rapport with employees and customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Develop and mentor employees, cultivating their skills and enhancing their performance.
• Manage outside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs, keeping our business at the forefront of industry trends.
• Prepare and manage budgets, taking responsibility for profit and loss statements and financial planning.

Experience:

• Ability to positively motivate and manage others, creating a high-performing team.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment rental practices and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in profit and loss analysis, financial statements, budgeting, and other financial aspects of the business.
• Exceptional customer relations and communication skills, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferred
• Previous experience in equipment or rental sales or sales management, preferred
