Rental Tech - Winter 26/27

As a Rental Technician you will provide excellent guest service by fitting and preparing ski and snowboard equipment while ensuring guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience on the mountain. Use strong knowledge of skiing and snowboarding to recommend appropriate equipment and provide helpful guidance to guests. Maintain equipment and inventory, follow safety and cash-handling procedures, and contribute to a positive, professional mountain environment.  

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

• Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to meet the unique needs of each guest 
• Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products 
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest ability and experience 
• Maintain accurate inventory of rental fleet  
• Assist with tracking equipment and inventory regularly 
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures 
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced environment 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO THE JOB?

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift equipment for extended periods

• Cash handling experience
