At Parman Tractor & Equipment, our Rental Technicians do more than turn wrenches, they help keep our customers' jobsites productive and their equipment ready to perform. Whether you're inspecting, repairing, servicing, or preparing machines for their next rental, your work directly impacts the customer experience.

We're looking for a Rental Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working with a team committed to delivering TOCS - Totally Outrageous Customer Service. 

What You'll Do

• Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment in a shop environment.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is rental-ready.
• Diagnose and address mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Install, remove, and exchange machine attachments as needed.
  
• Clean, detail, and prepare machines for customer delivery.
  
• Verify equipment is operating properly before it heads to the customer.
  
• Demonstrate pride in workmanship through accurate, high-quality repairs.
• Meet productivity and performance goals established by management.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers, visitors, and fellow employee-owners.
  

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience as a technician in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or agriculture equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate shop tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Ability to pass a post-offer physical abilities test.
