POSITIONSUMMARY
To provide our customers witha high levelof service, that includes proper maintenance,adjustment,and instruction of all rental equipment. This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities available, compensated at $20.00/hr.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Constant interaction with the guests, whilemaintaininga courteous and professional attitude
Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis
Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment
Mustmaintaina safe,healthyand orderly workstation
General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort
Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment
Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
No experience
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to work closely with guests and co-workers
Must pass the binding manufacturer exam
PHYSICAL DEMANDSANDWORKING CONDITIONS
This position will betoworkevenings,weekendsand holidays.
