Asset Manager
Asset Manager that will take ownership of assets, driving business plans, portfolio performance, and strategic initiatives from stabilization through disposition. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded real estate professional who enjoys both asset management and transaction execution, with direct exposure to senior leadership and investment decision-making. The successful applicant will:
- Manage third-party operating partners and ensure performance aligns with approved business plans and operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain asset and portfolio reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance monitoring processes for executive leadership.
- Lead acquisition and disposition activities, including underwriting, due diligence, and coordination with brokers, legal advisors, and counterparties.
- Identify and execute value-enhancement, repositioning, stabilization, and exit strategies across the portfolio.
- Prepare investment memoranda, business plans, annual budgets, and performance analyses.
- Monitor market fundamentals, leasing activity, comparable transactions, and capital markets trends to support investment decisions.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and legal teams on capital projects, financial reporting, and strategic asset-level initiatives.
