We are seeking a detail-oriented Repack Coordinator to inspect, sort, and repackage products often returned or damaged to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for resale or further processing. This role also includes maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Shift/Hours:

1st - 7am to 3pm - Monday through Friday
2nd - 3pm to 11:30pm - Monday through Friday
3rd - 11pm to 7:30am - Sunday - Thursday

Pay:

1st shift - $22.00 per hour
2nd shift -$23.50 per hour
3rd shift - $22.75 per hour


Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Inspection: Examine returned or damaged items to determine condition and eligibility for repacking.
  • Repacking: Repackage products into appropriate containers, ensuring correct labeling and secure sealing.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory records for repacked goods.
  • Quality Control: Follow established quality procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Sorting & Segregation: Organize items by type, condition, or other relevant criteria.
  • Material Handling: Move and handle materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record product details, work orders, and shipment information.
  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with supervisors and warehouse staff on repack-related tasks.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Additional Support: Assist with general warehouse tasks, including receiving and shipping, as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or repack experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Strong math and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally more than 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
  • Valid driver's license or equivalent.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts if required.
Work Environment:
This position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. The warehouse environment may include exposure to hot, cold, or humid conditions, as well as airborne particles. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
