Repacker/Inventory Associate-Temp

Nesco Resource is looking for a Repacker/Inventory Associate located in Danbury, CT. This will be a two week temp assignment for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

Pay: $17.50/Hour

Job Summary: We're seeking a Temporary Repacker to assist with critical warehouse support tasks. This role focuses on repackaging returned or damaged items, repairing cases, and consolidating inventory to ensure accuracy and improve workflow efficiency. Your work will directly support the picking and loading teams by making sure pallets are complete and in good condition for shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repackage orders, returns, and items in damaged boxes
• Repair and re-box cases to meet quality standards
• Consolidate partial pallets into full ones for improved inventory flow
• Support inventory counting by ensuring pallets are accurate and complete
• Label, sort, and organize products for efficient processing
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse experience preferred (for safety awareness)
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to [insert lbs] throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Forklift experience is not required
