Job Title: Repair Coordinator

Location: Brandon, FL
Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Negotiate and submit bids into HUD’s P260 data base for approval
*Convey properties to HUD standards for later sale
*Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs
*Review photos for quality assurance and completion
*Communicate with client to submit outstanding bids to avoid fines and request approval for payment of fines/fees
*Notify code enforcement of ETC when bids are approved to cure and negotiate for extensions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Strong negotiation skills
*Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience working with FHA loans
